Given that the data is already being collected and sent to a google drive, the attendance manager system should be able to fetch the files from the google drive, where the files are stored as timesheet format. Then, the data for every post shall be sorted to make more sense, both on daily and monthly basis. Here the important part is to consider the use of the data for Payroll and HR. So, we have to use the data to make much more sense.
This attendance manager system shall therefore entail development of a web service, which shall fetch the data from google drive, process the data and enable management team to make certain decision directly. Thus, it shall be more of a cloud based software, which shall be accessed by different admins, who have different capabilities on the system. A brief of the expectations are as listed below. Data is recorded using a biometric time attendance app, and uploaded to a google drive in timesheet format as shown in the attached file.
